\u5e74\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6cd5\u89c4\u5373\u5c06\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u66f4\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u6d77\u5173\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5b9e\u65bd\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u53e3\u81f3\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u90fd\u5c06\u88ab\u5f81\u6536\u589e\u503c\u7a0e(VAT)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u589e\u503c\u7a0e(VAT)\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u589e\u503c\u7a0e(value-added tax)\u534e\u6587\u4ea6\u79f0&#8221;\u6d88\u8d39\u7a0e&#8221;\u3002\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u901a\u5e38\u8868\u793a\u4e3a\u603b\u6210\u672c\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ea7\u54c1\u552e\u4ef7 100 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6709 10% \u7684\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff0c\u5219\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5411\u5546\u5bb6\u652f\u4ed8 110\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u5546\u4eba\u4fdd\u7559 100 \u7f8e\u5143\u5e76\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u6c47\u51fa 10 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u8d27\u503c\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7 22 \u6b27\u5143\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u53ef\u514d\u7f34\u589e\u503c\u7a0e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u81ea7\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u6216\u5546\u4e1a\u7269\u54c1\u90fd\u9700\u8981<strong>\u7f34\u7eb3\u589e\u503c\u7a0e(VAT)<\/strong>\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5176\u4ef7\u503c\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/li><li>\u5bf9\u4e8e150\u6b27\u5143\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9500\u552e\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\u65b9\u6848\uff08IOSS: Import One-Stop-Shop\uff09\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff1b\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7531\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5\u4eba\uff08\u5982Fedex\u3001DHL\u3001UPS\uff09\u4ece\u6700\u7ec8\u5ba2\u6237\u90a3\u91cc\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u4e3a\u786e\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u987a\u5229\u6e05\u5173\uff0c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u70b9\u662f\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\/\u5f62\u5f0f\u53d1\u7968\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8d27\u7269\u63cf\u8ff0\u3001\u660e\u7ec6\u4ef7\u503c\u3001HS \u7f16\u7801\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u4f7f\u7528&#8221;\u6837\u54c1&#8221;\u6216&#8221;\u5907\u4ef6&#8221;\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u6027\u63cf\u8ff0\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>\u4f46\u8bf7\u653e\u5fc3\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u5728\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\uff1a<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u6240\u6709\u6e05\u5173\u624b\u7eed\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li><li>\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b80\u4fbf\u7684\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u652f\u4ed8\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/li><li>\u53ef\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u54a8\u8be2<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u4ece\u6fb3\u6d32\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u8f6c\u8fd0\u5305\u88f9\u5230\u6b27\u76df\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/dashboard.ebaoguo.com\" rel=\"noopener\">dashboard.ebaoguo.com<\/a> \u6ce8\u518c\u83b7\u53d6\u4e13\u5c5e\u4ed3\u5e93\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u5305\u88f9\u5230\u4ed3\u540e\u7533\u62a5\u4e0b\u5355\u5373\u53ef\u53d1\u8fd0\uff0c\u7533\u62a5\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u987a\u5229\u6e05\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u53d6\u6d88\u8fdb\u53e3\u4f4e\u503c\u8d27\u7269\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u8003<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/taxation_customs\/home_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6b27\u76df\u7f51\u7ad9<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u67e5\u770b~<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/taxation_customs\/system\/files\/2021-01\/vatecommerceexplanatory_28102020_zh.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6b27\u76df\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u89c4\u5219\u89e3\u91ca\u6027\u8bf4\u660e<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b27\u76df (EU) \u56fd\u5bb6\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5965\u5730\u5229\u3001\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u3001\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u514b\u7f57\u5730\u4e9a\u3001\u585e\u6d66\u8def\u65af\u3001\u6377\u514b\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u3001\u4e39\u9ea6\u3001\u7231\u6c99\u5c3c\u4e9a\u3001\u82ac\u5170\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u5fb7\u56fd\u3001\u5e0c\u814a\u3001\u5308\u7259\u5229\u3001\u7231\u5c14\u5170\u3001\u610f\u5927\u5229\u3001\u62c9\u8131\u7ef4\u4e9a\u3001\u7acb\u9676\u5b9b\u3001\u5362\u68ee\u5821\u3001\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u3001\u8377\u5170\u3001\u6ce2\u5170\u3001\u8461\u8404\u7259\u3001\u7f57\u9a6c\u5c3c\u4e9a\u3001\u65af\u6d1b\u4f10\u514b\u3001\u65af\u6d1b\u6587\u5c3c\u4e9a\u3001\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\u745e\u5178\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u5728\u9000\u51fa\u6b27\u76df\u540e\uff0c\u5df2\u4e8e 2021 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u5bf9\u5176\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u89c4\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u6539\u3002\u4e0d\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u6b27\u76df\u6cd5\u89c4\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u54ea\u4e9b\u4f01\u4e1a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u3001\u53d6\u6d88\u4f4e\u4e8e 22 \u6b27\u5143\u5546\u54c1\u514d\u5f81\u8fdb\u53e3\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81ea2021\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u53e3\u81f3\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u90fd\u5c06\u88ab\u5f81\u6536\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5176\u4ef7\u503c\u5982\u4f55\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e150\u6b27\u5143\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9500\u552e\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\u65b9\u6848\uff08IOSS: Import One-Stop-Shop\uff09\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff1b\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7531\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5\u4eba\uff08\u5982FEDEX\u3001DHL\u3001UPS\uff09\u4ece\u6700\u7ec8\u5ba2\u6237\u90a3\u91cc\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b83\u4f1a\u5bf9\u6211\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u6709\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u4ee5\u5916\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u518d\u4eab\u53d7\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ef7\u503c 22 \u6b27\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u514d\u5f81\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u7684\u798f\u5229\u3002\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u6574\u4f53\u7269\u6d41\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u60f3\u63d0\u524d\u4f30\u7b97\u542b\u7a0e\u540e\u7684\u8fd0\u8d39\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/cal.ebaoguo.com\" rel=\"noopener\">cal.ebaoguo.com \u8fd0\u8d39\u8ba1\u7b97\u5668<\/a> \u5feb\u901f\u83b7\u53d6\u62a5\u4ef7\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6848\u4f8b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e00\u5bb6\u5728\u7ebf\u7535\u5546\u4f01\u4e1a\u5411\u4e00\u4f4d\u6b27\u76df\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u51fa\u552e\u4e86\u4ef7\u503c10\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u4e00\u53cc\u889c\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5728 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u8d27\u7269\u603b\u4ef7\u503c\u5c11\u4e8e22\u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u514d\u7a0e\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5728 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u540e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u4ef7\u503c\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8d27\u7269\u90fd\u5c06\u5f81\u6536\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u5c06\u6309\u7167\u4e70\u65b9\u5c45\u4f4f\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u8bbe\u5b9a\u7684\u7a0e\u7387\u6536\u53d6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9488\u5bf9150\u6b27\u5143\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4f9b\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\u65b9\u6848\uff08IOSS: Import One-Stop-Shop\uff09\u6e05\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u5141\u8bb8\u5356\u5bb6\u6216\u7535\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\u5728\u9500\u552e\u65f6\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff0c\u5e76\u76f4\u63a5\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u7684\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u6c47\u6b3e\u7ed9\u76f8\u5173\u673a\u6784\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b80\u5316\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5bf9\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6765\u8bf4\u66f4\u900f\u660e\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u786e\u4fdd\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u6d77\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528 IOSS \u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u5feb\u9012\u5c06\u5728\u6d3e\u9001\u4e4b\u524d\u5411\u5ba2\u6237\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u5e76\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed9\u5f53\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b83\u4f1a\u5bf9\u6211\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u6709\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u6ce8\u518c IOSS\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u975e\u6b27\u76df\u5356\u5bb6\u5fc5\u987b\u6307\u5b9a\u4e2d\u95f4\u65b9\u4ee3\u8868\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ce8\u518c\u5e76\u7533\u62a5\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4ed6\u4eec\u672c\u8eab\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\u4ed6\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u5411\u6d77\u5173\u62a5\u5173\u4eba (\u5982FedEx\u3001DHL\u3001UPS) \u63d0\u4f9b\u5176 IOSS \u6ce8\u518c\u53f7\u7801\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u7684 B2C \u9500\u552e\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u6708\u5ea6\u7eb3\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u8868\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9\u6307\u5b9a\u6b27\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u7531\u5176\u5c06\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u5355\u548c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u8f6c\u4ea4\u81f3\u76ee\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u673a\u5173\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c06\u65e0\u9700\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u9500\u552e\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6b27\u76df\u56fd\u5bb6\u6ce8\u518c\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u53f7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6848\u4f8b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u5bb6\u7f8e\u56fd\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u4f01\u4e1a\u5411\u6b27\u76df\u4e94\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u9500\u552e\u4ef7\u503c\u4e0d\u5230150\u6b27\u5143\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5728 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6b27\u76df\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u6ce8\u518c\u5e76\u7f34\u7eb3\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5728 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4e4b\u540e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u5173\u95ed\u5176\u56fd\u5916\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u6ce8\u518c\u53f7\u5e76\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u6ce8\u518c\u8fdb\u53e3\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\u65b9\u6848\uff08IOSS: Import One-Stop-Shop\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4f9b\u8d27\u65f6\u5411\u5176\u6536\u53d6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u4e1a\u52a1\u53ef\u4ee5\u50cf\u73b0\u5728\u4e00\u6837\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u5ba2\u6237\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u8fdb\u53e3\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e09\u3001\u90e8\u5206\u7535\u5546\u5e73\u53f0\u5c06\u4ee3\u6536\u589e\u503c\u7a0e<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u65b0\u89c4\u5219\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u9500\u552e\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u8ba9\u5356\u5bb6\u80fd\u591f\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u5ba2\u6237\u9500\u552e\u5546\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u90e8\u5206\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u6ce8\u518c IOSS\uff0c\u5219\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u6536\u53d6\u3001\u62a5\u544a\u548c\u6c47\u51fa\u6700\u7ec8\u7528\u6237\u5e94\u7f34\u7684\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5356\u65b9\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u8be5\u5728\u7ebf\u4ea4\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9 IOSS \u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u4f4e\u4e8e 150 \u6b27\u5143\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5
