Step 1: Register m.ebaoguo.cn, you will be able to obtain our warehouse address and ID number. ID is the unique identification code for your package, please be sure to enter in the shipping address when you ship the parcel to our warehouse.

Step 2: Purchase goods from any website and mail them directly according to the warehouse address provided in the system. If you have already purchased the products, you can also shipped it to our warehouse address.

Step 3: After the warehouse received your package, we will record the parcel pictures in the system and you will get an email for parcel received in our warehouse.

Step 4: In the parcel lists, you can select the parcel(s) to be sent, submit the delivery and fill in the destination shipping address.

Step 5: After the warehouse receives your shipping request, we will process the package shipment as required and calculate the final shipping costs.

Step 6: We will then notify you for final payment total, you can pay directly in the system through Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

2. All parcels will be shipped out from the EBAOGUO Melbourne warehouse.

3. Parcels cannot be recalled or returned back to the Melbourne warehouse once the parcel leaves the Melbourne warehouse.

4. Freight Charge: AU$4.3/kg based on Chargeable Weight with a minimum charge of 5kg and 1kg rounded up.

5. Any parcels under 5kg will be charged as 5kg.

6.All parcels are self pickup from Kwun Tong Warehouse.

7. You can arrange SF -Express to pick up the goods from the Hong Kong warehouse (extra cost applies), this can be arranged with customer service when the parcel arrived at Hong Kong Warehouse.

8. Multiple parcels for 1 consignee are allowed, calculation will be based on the total chargeable weight for the shipment.

9. Ebaoguo system will calculate all total shipping fees from each shipment.

10. There will be a free storage period of 3 days after the parcels arrive Hong Kong warehouse. After that, there is a storage fee of HKD $1.00 per kg per day, which will be collected by the Hong Kong warehouse. If parcels are not being picked up after two weeks, it will be destroyed by the Hong Kong warehouse.

Manual Handling Processing (MHP) Fee 

• The MHP fee is charged per item in addition to any other applicable surcharge for the consignment, including an oversize surcharge and overweight surcharge
• Package shape and dimensions may change during transit, which can affect the package’s surcharge eligibility. If the dimensions change during transit, EBAOGUO may make appropriate adjustments to the shipment charges at any time.

After that, there is a storage fee of HKD$50.00 per CBM per day, which will be collected by the Hong Kong warehouse. If parcels are not being picked up after two weeks, they will be destroyed by the Hong Kong warehouse.

Note: If the prohibited goods in the above categories are carried in the parcel, or if they are not correctly

declared, resulting in any form of return parcel or fine, or even criminal punishment, sender will need to

responsible for any costs occurs.

All export parcels will be checked by X-Ray. Please make sure no prohibited items in the parcel. If found by the airline company, the parcel will be returned within 7-10 working days. There will be return fees of AUD$25/parcel.
