🔊 The return-to-work date after the Spring Festival is February 18th, 2024 (the ninth day of the lunar new year).
During the holiday period, as different logistics companies have varying suspension periods, if there are parcels for delivery, the courier will sign for them in advance to ensure timeliness, and then deliver them to the warehouse after the holiday. Once the warehouse receives the parcels, they will be promptly processed for storage. Please be patient.

🧧 China to Australia Sea Freight Self-Pickup Route
- The last shipping cutoff date before the Spring Festival is January 24, 2024, and the last container loading date is January 31, 2024. Shipments submitted before the cutoff date will be loaded into containers, while those submitted after the cutoff date will strive to catch the last container, but there is no guarantee of loading. Due to the holiday, there may be delays in Chinese customs clearance and shipping dates after loading. Please be patient.
- The first shipping cutoff date after the Spring Festival is February 21, 2024, and the container loading date is February 28, 2024.
- Normal shipping: Cutoff every Wednesday, loading the following Wednesday.
- Normal delivery time: 30-45 days to Melbourne warehouse after loading (delays may occur due to customs inspection). Clearance in Melbourne takes approximately 3-5 working days, and then the items will be sorted and delivered to various pickup points.

- The last shipping cutoff date before the Spring Festival is February 1, 2024. Due to the holiday impact, delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Chinese customs clearance and flight schedules may be tight, leading to possible delays in the receipt date. Please be patient.
- The first shipping cutoff date after the Spring Festival is February 22, 2024.
- Normal shipping: Cutoff every Thursday. The warehouse will take 2-4 working days for cargo handling after the cutoff, and then the items will be sent to the airport.
- Normal delivery time: Around 10 working days after being loaded onto the plane (delays may occur due to customs inspection).
