It’s built for Chinese communities living in Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, and beyond who need to ship parcels home to mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan, or who want to consolidate Taobao and 1688 purchases into Australia.
How does shipping from Australia work?
- Register for an address: sign up free and get a real warehouse address in Melbourne and 6 other countries.
- Shop & ship to us: use your warehouse address at Amazon, eBay, Chemist Warehouse, and more, then declare the parcel once you have the tracking number.
- Request consolidation: once your parcels arrive, request consolidation for free photographing and combined packing, with 30 days of free storage.
- Pay & receive: choose your destination and route, pay in your local currency, and receive your parcel in 5-10 business days.
How much can I save by consolidating?
Consolidating multiple parcels into one box typically saves 40-60% on shipping. If you buy from 3 different Australian stores and ship each separately, you pay for 3 international shipments; consolidated into one box, you only pay for one.
Ebaoguo gives you 30 days of free storage so you have time to combine more orders before shipping. A small daily storage fee applies after that.
What items can’t be shipped?
The following items cannot be shipped through Ebaoguo:
- Flammable and explosive items (lighter fluid, oversized lithium batteries, fireworks)
- Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods
- Live animals, plants, or seeds
- Drugs and controlled substances
- Weapons, knives, and other restricted items

Will my parcel be taxed at customs?
- Australia to Malaysia / Taiwan: some routes offer DDP (duty-paid) service, with duty already included in the shipping cost. No extra payment on delivery.
- Other routes: depends on each country’s duty-free threshold and declared value. Check our shipping calculator for details.

How long can I store parcels for free?
Every parcel gets 30 days of free storage once it arrives at our warehouse. Keep shopping and combining orders during that window, then consolidate and ship everything together. A small daily fee applies per parcel after 30 days.
