During the holidays, all parcels will be temporarily stored in the warehouses of their respective logistics companies. Once work resumes, these parcels will be transported to the EbaoGuo warehouses in sequence and then be processed for warehousing one by one there.
Please note that all waybills submitted during the holidays will be processed in turn after work resumes. For waybills that meet the cut-off time, they will be arranged to be sent out on the next working day or combined into the batch of the next cut-off day.

1. Consolidation Shipping Lines
🎅 During the holidays, shipping lines such as from Australia to Malaysia, from Australia to Taiwan (China), from Australia to Singapore, and from Australia to New Zealand will ship within the last cut-off date. Due to the impact of the holidays, the local delivery of waybills after shipment will also be delayed. Please arrange the shipment as early as possible and wait patiently, just like waiting for the arrival of Christmas gifts. 🎁
2. Door-to-Door Pickup
🎄 If you need to arrange door-to-door pickup, please contact customer service to make an appointment. Our customer service staff will always be at your service, just as lovely and considerate as Christmas elves. 🧚♂️
3. Ocean Shipping and Delivery

🎅 During the holidays, undelivered parcels will be temporarily stored in the warehouses of delivery companies. To ensure timeliness, couriers may sign for receipt in advance and will send them to the warehouses again after the holidays.
2. Warehouse and Customer Service Situation
🎄 During this period, the warehouse will not handle warehousing and waybills. However, online customer service will work normally and answer your questions at any time. 🧐
3. Arrangements for Each Shipping Line
🎅 China-Australia Ocean Shipping Line (Ocean Shipping Self-pickup and Delivery Line): The last cut-off before the festival on December 25, 2024, and the shipment will be arranged on January 3, 2025; waybills submitted after the cut-off date on January 2, 2025 will be shipped on January 8, 2025. 🛳
🎅 China-Australia Air Freight Line: Shipments will be arranged normally, but due to the long holiday in Australia, the timeliness cannot be guaranteed. Please be informed. ✈
🎅 Shipping lines such as from China to New Zealand, from China to Singapore, from China to Malaysia, from Mainland China to Hong Kong (China), and from Mainland China to Taiwan (China) will be postponed to the next working day or cut-off day. 📦

🚚 Japanese Warehouse
Holiday Time: December 29, 2024 – January 3, 2025
🎅 During the holidays, the Japanese warehouse will suspend warehousing and waybill processing. Parcels arriving at the warehouse during this period will be processed in order once operations resume on January 4, 2025. Shipping lines departing from Japan will resume on the first working day after the holiday. Please plan your shipments accordingly. 📦
