Pay attention to the holiday arrangements of the Yibaobao warehouse and plan shipments in advance.
Holiday parcels are temporarily stored in the logistics warehouse, and transferred to Yibaobao for storage after resuming work. Holiday waybills are processed after work, and the cut-off waybills are shipped on the next working day or merged into the next batch.
Parcels sent to the warehouse must be forecasted in the system in advance, otherwise no information can be found.
During the holidays, there may be delays in the online customer service response. If you have any needs, you can leave a message at any time, and the customer service team will reply to you as soon as possible after the holiday.

China Mail Australia Ocean Shipping Self-pickup Line: The last cut-off date is January 15, and the shipment will be arranged on January 17; the waybills submitted after the cut-off date will be shipped after the holiday.
China Mail Australia Ocean Shipping Delivery Line: The last cut-off date is January 15, and the shipment will be arranged on January 20; the waybills submitted after the cut-off date will be shipped after the holiday.
China Mail Australia Air Shipping Line: The last cut-off date is January 15, and the shipment will be arranged on January 20; the waybills submitted after the cut-off date will be shipped after the holiday.
China Mail New Zealand: The last cut-off date is January 15, and the shipment will be arranged on January 20; the waybills submitted after the cut-off date will be shipped after the holiday.
China Mail Singapore: The last cut-off date is January 15, and the shipment will be arranged on January 22; the waybills submitted after the cut-off date will be shipped after the holiday.
China Mail Malaysia: The last cut-off date is January 16, and the waybills paid before January 16 will be shipped before the New Year.

Australia to Taiwan, due to Taiwan’s Spring Festival, delivery will be suspended for one week on January 22. Waybills can be submitted normally and shipped together with the waybills on January 29.

New Zealand to Singapore, New Zealand to Malaysia, New Zealand to Australia, New Zealand to China and other routes, delivery is normal.
Japan Warehouse

[Japan Post Channel]:Normal delivery during the Spring Festival. Logistics may be delayed due to the Spring Festival. Please follow the arrangements of the local post office.
[Japan Taiwan Air Freight Line]: The last batch of orders before the holiday is closed at 4 pm on January 22 (Japan time). The payment is completed and the status is [pending for delivery]. The goods will be shipped on January 23 and the flight will be on the 24th. After the holiday, customs clearance and delivery will begin on February 3.
The first batch of orders after the new year will be closed at 4:00 on January 30 (Japan time) with payment completed and in the [pending] status, shipped on the 31st, and on the flight on February 2nd.
Taiwan express delivery will be closed from January 25th to February 2nd, and will resume on February 3rd. After customs clearance, the goods will be retained at the customs, and will be delivered in sequence after logistics is restored.
[Japan Malaysia Air Freight Line] The waybill closed on January 22, 2025 will be issued on January 31st. The waybills you submitted during the holiday, Japan to Singapore, Japan to Malaysia, Japan to Australia and other routes, will be processed in sequence after the holiday.
