China Warehouse Return to Supplier Process

Please note that charges will apply when you choose to return your parcels.

I. Return of Unsubmitted Parcels（China）

• Consolidation service is not provided for return parcels.
• If you only need to return part of the goods in the parcel, please choose the split-box service first and then submit the local address.
• For parcels over 30kg, a surcharge of 15 AUD per package (warehouse handling fee) will be charged for overweight. If a forklift is needed, an additional forklift usage fee of 25 AUD will be charged.

1. Return Small Parcels to the Seller (with Pickup Code provided by Seller’s Merchant)

• Return Fee: 0
• Warehouse pickup time: Monday to Friday, 12:00–17:00 (Beijing time, excluding holidays).

2. Return / Forward Small Parcels to a Local Address (Directly Submit the Local Address in the System)

• Return Fee: AU$2.00 per parcel.
• Submit the local address directly in the system.
• China local shipping charges: First weight is AU$3.00/kg, additional weight is AU$2.00/kg, calculated based on the chargeable weight.

II. Return for Submitted Parcels

1. Consolidation is an irreversible operation, and the warehouse does not provide separate returns or unpacking services for parcels that are already being packed and ready to despatch.
2. Any consolidation charges that apply are non-refundable.
3. Returns or forwarding options:
   • Ebaoguo to organise shipping service:
     • The chargeable weight of the waybill (comparison between actual weight and volume weight, taking the larger value) will be charged.
     • The first weight is AU$5.00/kg; the additional weight is AU$4.00/kg.
     • Please provide the local address by contacting customer service directly for amendment.
   • Account holder to organise shipping service:
     • Organise local courier for warehouse pickup.
     • Return Fee: AU$2.00 × each parcel’s chargeable weight.
4. If the shipment incurs additional service fees, they must be paid in full.
5. For return parcels over 30kg, a surcharge of 15 AUD per package (warehouse handling fee) will be charged for overweight.

Using Taobao as an example for returning goods with a pickup code:

Step 1: Apply for a return on Taobao

Open the Taobao app, and click on “My Taobao” in the lower right corner.

Open “My Orders” and find the order you want to return, then click on it. After entering the order details, click on “Return/Exchange”.

Select “Return and Refund”.

Select “Pickup Service” as the return method, and choose the warehouse address of Ebaoguo as the pickup address (select Monday to Friday, 11:00–17:00 for the return time). If you haven’t registered yet, head to dashboard.ebaoguo.com to create an account and retrieve your dedicated Ebaoguo warehouse address.

Once the seller approves the return, you will receive a pickup code.

Step 2: Submit the package for a return via the Ebaoguo global forwarding system

Select the China warehouse, then click on the parcel that needs to be returned under the parcel list (Note: do not tick it, just click on it).
