Confirm and pay. We order with a local account, so member prices and limited-time deals apply.
Arrives at the warehouse
We photograph the item on arrival, free of charge, and the buying is done. Consolidation and international shipping are then arranged in Ebaoguo.
More than just ordering
Link won't load? Still works
Some platforms such as Taobao and Pinduoduo block link parsing. Paste the whole page, or type in name, spec, unit price and quantity.
Price change alerts
We keep watching the product page after ordering. If the price rises or stock runs out, we tell you, and you approve any difference before it is charged.
Photo check on arrival
We photograph the outer box when the parcel is weighed in, and only pass it on for forwarding after you confirm. Crushed, damaged or wet boxes can be returned.
Four receiving warehouses
Japan, Australia, Malaysia and China, with each item photographed on arrival. Free storage periods follow each warehouse's rules.
One service fee, nothing hidden
- Item cost is charged at what we actually pay, with no markup.
- Minimum fee: Japan ¥500, Australia A$5, Malaysia / China RM5 or ¥20.
- You pay in two stages: item cost plus service fee first, then international shipping once the goods reach the warehouse.

What we can't buy
Dangerous goods, counterfeit or infringing items, controlled drugs, live animals and plants or their products, and oversized goods (over 30 kg per item). Food is restricted, so ask us before ordering.

How do I place an order?
Log in, choose the receiving warehouse, then paste the product link into the cart. Check the spec, quantity and notes, and submit. We review the order and ask you to pay.
Where is international shipping handled?
Proxy shopping only delivers the goods to your chosen Ebaoguo warehouse. Consolidation, weighing, international shipping and its payment are handled in Ebaoguo.
What if an item arrives with a problem?
We photograph the item's condition on arrival. If the outer box is crushed, damaged or wet, you can request a return.
