All packages will be temporarily stored in the logistics company’s warehouse and will be gradually dispatched to the Australian warehouse after resuming work on January 8th.
The Australian warehouse will not provide local pickup services during the holiday period. If needed, arrangements can be made for TNT pickup or delivery to an Ebaoguo agent location.

🎅 Australia to Malaysia Shipping Routes
- If you wish to receive your parcels before Christmas, please submit them before December 13th and complete the payment by 8:00 AM Melbourne time on December 14th.
- Last order cutoff for 2023: December 20th (Not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas)
- Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia: December 27th – December 31st
- Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia: January 4th – January 10th, 2024
- First order cutoff for 2024: January 10th (schedule might change)
🎅 Australia to Taiwan Shipping Routes
- If you wish to receive your parcels before Christmas, please submit them no later than December 13th and complete the payment by 8:00 AM Melbourne time on December 14th.
- Last order cutoff for 2023: December 20th (Not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas)
- Estimated delivery time to most areas in Taiwan: From December 26th, deliveries will be made progressively.
- First order cutoff for 2024: January 17th (schedule might change)
🎅 Australia to Singapore Shipping Routes
- Not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. You may try using FedEx; the recipient will handle customs and tax matters independently.
- Last order cutoff for 2023 shipping routes: December 20th (Not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas)
- Estimated delivery time to most areas in Singapore: January 4th – January 10th, 2024

- Not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

🎅 Sending parcel from Australia to New Zealand
- FedEx can deliver within 3-5 days, but delays may occur if customs inspection or tax payment is required.
- Australia Post may take at least 10-15 days for delivery.

🎅 China to Australia Sea Freight Self-Pickup Route
- Last day for warehouse pickup in 2023: December 22nd
- Earliest self-pickup date at the warehouse in 2024: January 8th
- During this period, if sea freight containers arrive at the Australian warehouse, the warehouse will operate as usual and deliver to the self-pickup point. Please pay attention to the holiday pickup arrangements at the self-pickup point.

- Pickup and delivery arrangements are available as usual during all times except the following:
- No pickup arrangements available from December 23, 2023, to December 26, 2023.
- No pickup arrangements available on New Year’s Day and weekends.

🎅 China to Australia Sea Freight Self-Pickup Route
- Order cutoff every Wednesday, container loading the following Wednesday (orders submitted before the cutoff date will have priority in loading).
- It takes approximately 30-45 days to get to the Melbourne warehouse after container loading (delays may occur due to customs inspection). Customs clearance in Melbourne takes about 3-5 working days. The parcels will then be sorted at our Melbourne warehouse before being dispatched to the self-pickup point.
