Shipping Costs #

• Our shipping costs are calculated based on chargeable weight, which is the greater value between the actual and volume weight of the parcel.
• The chargeable weight is calculated as parcel size (cm) length x width x height / 5000.
• One parcel per shipment.
• For example：The chargeable weight is 8.3kg, billing will be calculated as 9kg，￥68(≈HK$78)+4* ￥12(≈HK$14) = ￥116(≈HK$134)

Packaging Guidelines #

• The chargeable weight of a single parcel does not exceed 30kg
• The longest side of a parcel cannot exceed 150cm; if it exceeds 120cm, there will be an extra￥100(≈HK$114)/per 5kg of the exceeded chargeable weight
• Please note that certain items are not eligible for shipping, such as standard masks, black umbrellas, black clothing, and other prohibited items. Please refer to the list of prohibited items at the bottom of the page for further information.

Shipping Timeframe #

• Shipments are despatched every day: Monday to Friday (Except public holidays).
• Delivery time is 2-5 working days after despatch.

Hong Kong Local Transit Courier #

• Delivery to door by ZTO Express
• For any changes to the recipient name, address, phone number, or other details after the dispatch, additional fees of ￥120(≈HK$137)/5kg/shipment
• Please note that the following areas are classified as remote locations, and additional charges will apply:

Important Notes #

• We offer consolidation services for single parcels with an actual weight of less than 10kg. After consolidation, the parcel’s chargeable weight should not exceed 30kg.
• The declared value of the shipment should not exceed ￥5000 (≈HK$5700)/5kg
• Please refer to the list of prohibited items at the bottom of the page, including Covid Test kits, black umbrellas, black clothing, and other prohibited items.
• Please note that any pallets delivered to our warehouse will not be disassembled for storage. If you require the dismantling of pallets for single parcel storage, there will be an additional processing fee of￥312 (≈HK$356)/5kg. Please be aware that items with wooden frames or boxes will be recorded in our system.
• Truthfully declaring the goods, including the product name, quantity, and value, is essential. You can conveniently prefill the parcel declaration after the shipper has shipped out the parcel. Our Ebaoguo system will automatically match the declared tracking number.
• Ebaoguo will not be liable for any goods or parcels damaged during transit to our warehouse. Ensuring that the shipper properly packs the parcel before shipping it out is crucial.
• Insurance is not mandatory, you can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. Before purchasing, you must provide the invoice when the product was purchased, and insurance needs to be purchased before shipment. Insurance is not applicable to personal and second-hand goods or goods that cannot provide a purchase invoice. If you don’t buy insurance and it’s lost, a maximum of R￥500 per shipment will be compensated (including freight). If you buy insurance and it’s lost, the maximum insurance amount per shipment is ￥2500. Apart from parcel loss, any other forms of damage, deformation, or deterioration will not be compensated.

China Warehouse Cartons Size Guide #

We provide a free consolidation service. We will use the warehouse cartons if your original carton cannot fit all your small parcels. The followings are the dimensions of the cartons used in our warehouse and the volumetric weight used for easy calculation.

Prohibited and Restricted Goods #

– White powders, crystals;

– Explosives, such as fireworks or sparks;

– Anti-epidemic items (masks, disinfectants, etc.);

– Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, smokeless tobacco, hookah or shisha;

– Electric bicycles and scooters that can be used on the road (to ship these items must be approved by Road Vehicle Standards);

– Combustible gas, such as sol or camping gas; non-combustible gas, such as compressed oxygen; toxic gas, such as oxygen difluoride;

– Flammable liquids such as solvents or paint;

– Flammable solids, such as matches, substances that can ignite spontaneously, such as phosphorus; hazardous substances, such as calcium carbide;

-Oxidising substances, such as fertilisers; organic peroxides, such as fibreglass repairs kits;

– Toxic substances, such as pesticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical tests;

– Radioactive items, such as smoke detectors;

– Corrosive items such as bleach or drain cleaner;

– Other items, such as airbags, mobile phones, computers, pornographic materials, plants/seeds/flowers, magnets or items containing ferromagnetic materials, human remains/body fluids, live/dead animals, animal skins/furs/any animal parts, wet, dry, metal or lithium batteries or products containing these items, perfume, nail polish, aftershave, hair spray, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, pork products, tin cans, and products with peculiar smell, etc.

Note: If the contraband mentioned above has been included in the packaging or has not been declared truthfully, which results in any form of return, fine, or even criminal penalties, recipients will be responsible for this.
