China warehouse
📅 Mid-Autumn Festival: Holiday from September 15th to 17th, 2024
📅 National Day: Holiday from October 1st to 7th, 2024
The warehouse in China will be closed during the holiday.
Undelivered packages will be temporarily stored in the courier’s warehouse during the holidays. They may be marked as delivered and then re-delivered after the holiday.
Shipping from China to Australia by Sea: The last order cut-off before the holiday is September 25, 2024. Shipments will be arranged on October 9th for orders submitted before the cut-off date. Orders submitted after September 25th will be processed on October 16th and shipped on the same day.
Shipping from China to Australia by Air: Shipments submitted before September 30, 2024, will be processed, but due to the extended holiday period, we cannot guarantee timeliness; please take note.
Shipping from China to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China to Hong Kong, Mainland China to Taiwan, and other services will be postponed until the next working day or the cut-off date.

Australian warehouse

The Australia warehouse will be closed on that day.
No parcels or shipments will be processed. All shipping services will be dispatched during this period on the next working day or the cut-off date.
Malaysia warehouse

The Malaysia warehouse will be closed on that day.
All shipping services will be dispatched during this period on the next working day or the cut-off date.
Taiwan warehouse

The Taiwan warehouse will be closed on that day.

Japan warehouse

The Japan warehouse will be closed during the holidays.
All shipping services will be dispatched during this period on the next working day or the cut-off date.
