How chargeable weight works The rate is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = length(cm) × width(cm) × height(cm) ÷ 5000. Bulky-but-light parcels (clothing, quilts, toys) are usually billed by volumetric weight — estimate with the calculator above before you order.

Customs & duty #

This is a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) line: the shipping fee already covers customs clearance and any duty, so the Hong Kong recipient pays nothing on delivery and does not need to handle clearance.

️ Overweight & oversize fees

What can’t I ship to Hong Kong?
