Regardless of origin warehouse (Australia / China / Malaysia / Japan etc.), Ebaoguo offers three channel types:

📌 FedEx shipment requirement #

A supplier-issued invoice must be provided before dispatch. Used / second-hand goods are not accepted (documents excepted).

Most Ebaoguo lanes (② and ③) are DDU. Only consolidation lines explicitly labelled “duty included / DDP” have duty bundled. Ebaoguo does not collect or pre-pay duty; postage is per the carrier rate card at lodgement (no flat AUD/kg). Use the Rate Calculator.

Weight & size limits: Each carrier has different limits — exceeding triggers automatic rate-tier switch (e.g. "above 20kg" rate). Each quote card shows that carrier's max weight, max length, and length+girth limits at the bottom.

Packaging Rules — shipping from australia to thailand #

  • Longest side of a single parcel ≤ 100cm; sum of two shorter sides ≤ 100cm
  • If a single side exceeds 80cm: AUD$15 oversize surcharge applies
  • Maximum actual weight per parcel: 20kg
  • Multiple packages per waybill — fees are cumulative (unlike the Malaysia route)

Thailand Customs #

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — Thai import duties and VAT are not included in the shipping rate
  • If Thai customs assesses duty or VAT (declared value over 1,500 THB is in principle taxable, VAT 7%), the recipient pays before delivery
  • Declare accurate contents and value to avoid delays

How to Ship #

Two quick options to get started:

Option 1: Online Purchase — Ship Direct to ebaoguo Melbourne Warehouse #

  1. Register at ebaoguo.com to get your Melbourne warehouse address and personal Suite ID (required on every parcel — this is how we identify your packages)
  2. When shopping at any Australian online store, enter the warehouse address as the delivery address. Already purchased? You can also forward existing packages to the same address
  3. Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse, we photograph and log it into your account
  4. Select the packages you want to ship from your parcel list, submit a shipment request, and enter the recipient’s delivery address
  5. The warehouse processes your order and calculates the final shipping fee
  6. When the shipment status changes to “Pending Payment”, complete payment in the system

Option 2: Melbourne Locals — Drop Off at an Agent Location #

  1. Register at ebaoguo.com or via the WeChat Mini Program
  2. Complete a pre-declaration form (recipient info and parcel declaration) — one form per delivery address is sufficient
  3. Bring your parcels to a Melbourne agent location and give staff your pre-declaration reference number
  4. Agent staff will measure dimensions and weigh your parcels
  5. Pay on the spot at the agent location

Prohibited Items #

Insurance #

📦 No additional insurance is provided on this route. In the event of confirmed loss, compensation is limited to the freight charges, up to a maximum of AUD$50. Ebaoguo is not responsible for damage due to environmental changes (deformation, melting, breakage, liquid leakage) during transit — please pack securely before shipping.
