1. Pricing as shown below (minimum 5KG; parcels under 5KG are charged as 5KG; additional weight rounded up to the next 1kg)

• Chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (L × W × H / 5000 cm)
• General goods: purely ordinary goods with no branded replicas, no batteries, no magnets, no powders, no granules, and no pastes
• Sensitive goods classification: minimum charge RMB300/shipment. Includes goods requiring commodity inspection, items with batteries or matching battery products, medicines, alcohol, branded replicas, adult products, etc.

• Example: general goods at 3kg are charged as 5kg, i.e. ￥148

Vietnam Delivery Method #

• J&T door-to-door delivery
• If the delivery address needs to be changed after the waybill has been dispatched, an additional fee of ￥120/shipment applies

• If a single waybill contains multiple parcels, chargeable weights can be accumulated
• No single side exceeding 200cm; the sum of any two shorter sides must not exceed 150cm.

• Waybill information may be filled in Chinese, English, or the local language of the destination country; if filled in a language other than Chinese, the destination country and city must also include Chinese annotations.
• Ebaoguo will not compensate for goods that become deformed, deteriorated, melted, damaged, or leak due to environmental changes during transit. Please ensure proper packaging before dispatch.
• Insurance is not compulsory. You may purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. An invoice from the original purchase must be provided before purchasing insurance, and insurance must be purchased before dispatch. Insurance does not apply to personal or second-hand items, or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided. Without insurance, in the event of loss, maximum compensation is ￥500 per waybill (including shipping fees). With insurance, maximum coverage is ￥2500 per waybill. Apart from parcel loss, no compensation is provided for any other form of damage, deformation, or deterioration.

How to Measure Irregular Parcels #

① Standard Parcel Measurement:

If the parcel is a standard carton, volumetric weight is calculated using the carton’s length, width, and height.

② Curved Surface Parcel Measurement:

If the parcel box has bulged or deformed due to contents pressing against it, measurement is based on the longest side of the parcel.

③ Irregular Parcel Measurement:

If the item needs to be packed into an irregular shape due to its actual size, volumetric weight is calculated based on the longest side of the parcel.
