Delivery & Receipt #

The warehouse inspects external packaging only. If the outer box is intact but inner contents are damaged, please opt for additional inspection services. Senders must ensure proper inner and outer packaging. If the number of boxes received is incorrect, note it on the delivery slip, take photos, and contact Ebaoguo within 24 hours; claims after this time will not be accepted.
