- Ebaoguo is not liable for deformation, deterioration, melting, damage, or liquid leakage caused by environmental changes during transit. Please ensure items are properly packaged before shipping.
- Please declare all items accurately. Any customs detention, inspection, duties, fines, or confiscation resulting from false, incomplete, or incorrect declarations will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Insurance is available at 5% of the declared value. A purchase invoice must be provided, and insurance must be purchased before dispatch. Without insurance, the maximum compensation for loss is the equivalent of AU$100 per waybill (including shipping fees).
- Insurance does not apply to personal or second-hand items, or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided. With insurance, the maximum coverage per waybill is the equivalent of AU$500.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated 5–14 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and public holidays.
How do I send my parcel to Ebaoguo?
Send your parcel to Ebaoguo’s HK warehouse and include your customer ID. Once received, we consolidate and forward it internationally — no need for you to handle the international shipping yourself.
Will Malaysian customs charge import duties?
Air freight imports into Malaysia with a declared value below MYR 500 are generally duty-free. Amounts above this threshold may be subject to Sales and Service Tax (SST, approx. 5–10%) depending on the product category. Ebaoguo does not handle customs clearance; the final determination rests with Malaysian customs.
What items can I ship?
Any items accepted by your local postal service or FedEx can be forwarded by Ebaoguo. Prohibited and dangerous goods are not accepted — this includes lithium batteries shipped alone (declaration required), flammable liquids, tobacco products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices), and counterfeit goods. If in doubt, please check with our customer service team.
What payment methods are accepted?
Ebaoguo accepts multiple currencies and payment methods, including AUD, CNY, MYR, and other major currencies, as well as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and credit cards. Please refer to the checkout page for the latest options.
Regardless of the origin warehouse (Australia / China / Malaysia / Japan, etc.), Ebaoguo operates three types of shipping channels:

- Use the warehouse address: When shopping online, enter the Ebaoguo warehouse address as your delivery address and include your member ID in the address line.
- Parcels arrive at warehouse: We photograph and log every package upon arrival — you’ll see weight, dimensions, and photos in your dashboard.
- Submit shipment & pay: From the dashboard, choose destination, fill recipient details, upload invoices if required, confirm the live quote and pay.
- Track & receive: Once paid, we dispatch and provide tracking — follow your parcel online until delivery.
