ℹ️ Shipping from Malaysia to Thailand made simple — Want to send your Shopee, Lazada or personal parcels from Malaysia to Thailand? Ebaoguo runs a fully duty-inclusive (DDP) overland consolidation route: import duty and 7% Thai VAT are already covered in your shipping fee, so the recipient pays nothing on arrival. Door-to-door via Flash Express, Kerry Express or J&T, arriving roughly 6–10 business days after dispatch. Billed on chargeable weight (the greater of actual or volumetric) from a 10kg minimum — check your quote instantly at cal.ebaoguo.com. Ideal for Thai buyers, expats and agents consolidating Malaysian goods back to Thailand. Register to get your free Malaysia warehouse address.

ℹ️ From 1 Jan 2026: Thailand removed the low-value de-minimis exemption, so all imports now incur 7% VAT plus category duty. This consolidation route is fully duty-inclusive (DDP) — that VAT and duty are already covered in your shipping fee, so the recipient pays nothing on arrival.

ℹ️

  • We open, check, photograph, weigh and measure every parcel when it lands at our warehouse, then sort it by type.
  • This route is fully duty-inclusive (DDP): import duty and 7% VAT on normal compliant goods are covered in the shipping fee. However, if prohibited items are hidden or declarations are inaccurate and the parcel is inspected, held or seized by customs, the resulting liability and costs are the sender’s responsibility.
  • The Thailand lane moves fast: once your parcel arrives, it goes straight to our partner warehouse to be packed. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged storage, return and local delivery costs (billed at cost). So check the rates before you send anything to our Malaysia warehouse.

Postage Rates (Updated on March 1, 2023) #

⚠️ Live rates can’t load here. Use the Ebaoguo shipping calculator for an instant quote.

  • Charging Standards: Starting from 10kg (parcels under 10kg are charged as 10kg). Additional weight is rounded up per 1kg.
  • Billing Weight: The higher value between actual weight and volumetric weight (calculated as length x width x height / 5000 cm) will be used for billing.
  • Example: If the billing weight is 10.3kg, it is charged as 11kg. On the General Goods route this works out to RM290 + RM26 = RM316.
Packaging Rules #
  • The longest side of any parcel must not exceed 100cm, and the sum of the two shorter sides must not exceed 100cm.
  • If any side of a parcel exceeds 80cm, an additional RM32 will be charged for oversize.
  • The actual weight of a single parcel cannot exceed 20kg.
  • Multiple packages can be combined under a single waybill.

Frequently Asked Questions #

How long does shipping from Malaysia to Thailand take?

Around 6–10 business days once your parcel ships out. Cut-off is every Wednesday and Friday, and Thai customs inspection can add a few days.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

You’re charged on chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 5000). Punch your box size into the Ebaoguo shipping calculator for a live quote.

What can’t I ship from Malaysia to Thailand?

No lithium batteries or electronics containing them, no perfume/aerosols or other pressurised items, no fresh produce or meat, and no counterfeit goods. If you’re not sure about an item, message us before you send it.

How does Ebaoguo forwarding to Thailand work?

Sign up free, get your own Malaysia warehouse address, and use it at checkout when you shop. Once your items reach our warehouse, submit a shipment in the dashboard, enter your Thai delivery address, pay online, and we handle door-to-door delivery via Flash Express / Kerry Express. This route is duty-inclusive (DDP), so your recipient pays no tax on arrival.

How do I send my parcel to the Ebaoguo Malaysia warehouse?

Register free to get your personal Malaysia warehouse address, then have your Shopee, Lazada or store order shipped there with your customer ID noted. Once it arrives we consolidate and forward it door-to-door — you never handle the international leg yourself.

Will Thai customs charge me import tax on arrival?

No. This is a duty-inclusive (DDP) route: Thai import duty and 7% VAT are already covered in your shipping fee, so the recipient pays nothing on delivery. Since Thailand removed the low-value de-minimis on 2026-01-01, this DDP line saves you clearing and paying tax separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Chinese Yuan (RMB). MYR options include credit card, bank transfer (FPX) and Touch ‘n Go (TNG); RMB options include WeChat Pay and Alipay. Exact methods are shown at checkout.

Is there a minimum weight, and who delivers in Thailand?

The overland consolidation line starts at a 10 kg first weight and is billed on chargeable weight (the greater of actual or volumetric weight). Delivery is door-to-door across Thailand via Flash Express / Kerry Express, typically 6–10 business days after dispatch.
