Shipping Taobao, Pinduoduo, and JD.com purchases from China to Taiwan is fast and affordable through Ebaoguo’s parcel consolidation service: air express delivers in 5–7 business days, sea express in 8–15 business days, and general-cargo rates start from ¥58/kg. Send your orders to our Foshan, Guangdong warehouse, and we unbox, inspect, and consolidate multiple parcels into one shipment before dispatch — our system automatically routes each parcel to the general-cargo or sensitive-cargo line, and charges are based on the consolidated actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, which is far cheaper than shipping items individually. Most parcels clear Taiwan customs duty-free when the declared value is under NT$2,000 (duty unpaid / DDU) — above that, import duty and business tax apply. Before your parcel can clear customs, the recipient must first complete EZ Way (易利委) real-name verification. This guide covers route selection, transit times, duties, the EZ Way requirement, and frequently asked questions.
What is EZ Way? EZ Way is Taiwan’s official customs app that verifies a recipient’s identity so overseas parcels can clear customs without an in-person declaration. Under regulations from Taiwan’s Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance, every parcel imported from overseas — including consolidated shipments — must be linked to a verified recipient identity, or it cannot clear customs:
- The recipient downloads the official “EZ WAY 易利委” app and completes real-name verification by linking a Taiwan mobile number to their National ID number
- ⚠️ Since June 20, 2025, EZ Way blocks connections from overseas IP addresses — verification must be completed while physically in Taiwan, on a Taiwan network. If the recipient is currently overseas, they should complete verification in advance, or arrange for someone else in Taiwan to confirm the parcel on their behalf
- Each time a parcel reaches customs, the app sends a push notification, and the recipient must tap “Confirm Declaration” (申报相符) to authorize clearance
- Real-name verification only needs to be completed once — after that, the recipient just confirms each incoming parcel notification

Ebaoguo offers Air Express and Sea Express lines from China mainland to Taiwan. Our system automatically routes your parcel to the correct line based on its contents — ideal for consolidating Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, and other e-commerce orders, as well as personal-item shipments. About Taiwan import duty: Parcels with a declared (dutiable) value up toNT$2,000 are generally duty-free. How We Measure Irregular Parcels #
① Standard parcel measurement: For a standard box-shaped parcel, volumetric weight is calculated from the box’s length, width, and height.

② Curved/bulging parcel measurement: If the box bulges or deforms because the contents press against its sides, measurement is based on the parcel’s longest side.

③ Irregular-shaped parcel measurement: If the contents require packing into an irregular shape, volumetric weight is calculated from the parcel’s longest side.
