How to Ship #
Step 1: Register and log in at https://ebaoguo.cn to obtain the Ebaoguo warehouse address and your customer ID numberStep 2: You can purchase products from any website and have them shipped to the address assigned to you, or arrange delivery yourself
Step 3: After the seller ships, pre-declare your tracking number in the parcel list
Step 4: Once the Ebaoguo warehouse receives your parcel, it will be logged in your parcel list
Step 5: When all parcels have arrived, you can submit them for shipment from the parcel list — fill in the recipient address and select the appropriate shipping line and additional services
Step 6: After the Ebaoguo warehouse packs your items as requested, you will receive a payment notification
Step 7: Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your shipment
Prohibited Items #
Items that are strictly prohibited from shipping– White powder, crystals
– Explosives, such as fireworks or sparklers
– Epidemic prevention supplies (masks, disinfectant, etc.)
– Road-legal electric bicycles and scooters (shipping these requires an import permit from the transport authority)
– Flammable gases, such as aerosols or camping gas; non-flammable gases, such as compressed oxygen; toxic gases, such as oxygen difluoride
– Flammable liquids, such as solvents or paint
– Flammable solids, such as matches; substances liable to spontaneous combustion, such as phosphorus; substances that emit dangerous gases when wet, such as calcium carbide
– Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; organic peroxides, such as fiberglass repair kits
– Toxic substances, such as pesticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical specimens
– Radioactive materials, such as smoke detectors
– Corrosive substances, such as bleach or drain cleaners

How do I send my parcel to Ebaoguo?
Ship your parcel to our Malaysia warehouse with your customer ID. We’ll consolidate and forward it internationally on your behalf.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Use our shipping calculator at cal.ebaoguo.com for real-time quotes. We accept multiple currencies including AUD, CNY, MYR and more. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 5000).
Will Chinese customs charge import tax?
In China, personal import parcels with a dutiable value at or below RMB 1,000 are generally duty-free. Above this, a consolidated tariff rate (typically 15%–50%) applies depending on the product. Ebaoguo is not responsible for customs clearance.
What items can I ship?
We can forward any item accepted by local postal services or FedEx. Prohibited items, dangerous goods (standalone lithium batteries, flammable liquids, counterfeit goods, etc.) are not accepted. Contact us if you’re unsure.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept multiple currencies and payment methods including AUD, CNY, MYR, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and credit cards. See the checkout page for the full list.
Regardless of origin warehouse (Australia / China / Malaysia / Japan etc.), Ebaoguo offers three channel types:
