New Zealand Route โ Insurance #
- We offer customers the option to purchase insurance for higher compensation in the event of loss.
- If you choose not to purchase insurance, compensation will be provided in accordance with our standard free insurance terms.
- For third-party carriers such as NZ Post, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and UPS, we will assist you in filing a claim under the carrier’s uninsured compensation terms. The timeline and amount will ultimately be determined by the third-party carrier.
- We do not accept requests to add insurance after a parcel has been dispatched, nor do we accept under-declared values at submission followed by claims for the full original value in the event of loss.

International EMS processes one parcel per shipment order. If multiple orders are submitted together, each order’s minimum weight and additional weight are calculated separately โ they are not combined.The dimensions and weight recorded at the warehouse differ from what the seller told me โ what should I do?
The warehouse measures and weighs every parcel upon arrival. If you have any concerns about the recorded dimensions or weight, please contact customer service before submitting your order to verify.I need to return a parcel โ can you refuse delivery?
The warehouse is unable to identify which parcels require a return at the time of receipt. Once your parcel has been checked in, please submit the return address and the warehouse will arrange dispatch.Can you consolidate my parcels?
When you submit multiple parcels under a single shipment order, the warehouse will consolidate smaller parcels into your larger box where possible, to prevent items from getting lost in transit and to reduce volumetric weight. Consolidation is free of charge; however, if a new box is required, an additional box fee will apply. The dimensions after consolidation may differ from those at the time of submission. The system will use the chargeable weight after consolidation as the billing reference. If you do not want certain parcels consolidated, please note this in the shipment order remarks.I bought a lot of items โ can I fill in the declaration roughly?
When submitting a shipment order, you are required to declare your items accurately in English. If items fall into the same category โ for example, clothing โ you may list them collectively as “Clothes” and enter the actual purchase price. Customs may randomly inspect shipments and request proof of purchase (such as invoices or screenshots). Any customs charges resulting from incorrect declarations will be your responsibility.How long does shipping from New Zealand to Australia take?
Air freight typically takes 3โ8 business days, subject to customs clearance and public holidays.
How do I hand my parcel to Ebaoguo?
Send your parcel to the Ebaoguo New Zealand warehouse and include your customer ID. Once received, we will consolidate and forward it on your behalf โ no need to handle international shipping yourself.
Will Australian customs charge duties?
The personal import duty-free threshold in Australia is AUD 1,000. Goods valued below this amount are generally exempt from customs duty and GST. Amounts above this threshold are subject to approximately 5% customs duty plus 10% GST, depending on the type of goods. Ebaoguo does not handle customs clearance; the final determination rests with Australian customs.
What items can be shipped?
Any items accepted by the local postal service or FedEx can be forwarded by Ebaoguo. Prohibited items and dangerous goods (lithium batteries shipped alone require declaration, flammable liquids, counterfeit goods, etc.) are not accepted. If in doubt, please contact customer service to confirm.
What payment methods are supported?
Ebaoguo supports multiple currencies and payment methods, including AUD, CNY, MYR, and other major currencies, as well as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and credit card. Please refer to the checkout page for the most current options.
