New Zealand Route — Insurance #

• We offer customers the option to purchase insurance for higher compensation in the event of loss.
• If you choose not to purchase insurance, compensation will be provided under our standard free insurance terms.
• For third-party carriers such as NZ Post, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and UPS, we will assist you in filing a claim under the carrier’s uninsured compensation policy. The timeline and amount are ultimately determined by the third-party carrier.
• We do not accept requests to add insurance after dispatch, nor claims for full original value when the declared value at submission was lower.

What can and can’t be shipped?

Prohibited Items & Shipping Restrictions #

❌ Not accepted on any Ebaoguo route: tobacco products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, heated tobacco), standalone lithium batteries, liquid items, counterfeit goods.

ℹ️ Suitable for general goods, food, skincare products, and common medicines. Liquids cannot be shipped. Items that can be sent from New Zealand do not necessarily meet China’s import requirements — non-compliant goods may be returned.

Frequently Asked Questions #

Is delivery door-to-door?

Yes, international EMS delivers directly to the address you provide. If delivery is unsuccessful, the local carrier will contact you to arrange collection from their service point.

My parcels are arriving at the warehouse over several days — can I submit multiple shipment orders?

International EMS is one parcel per shipment order. If multiple orders are submitted together, the minimum weight and incremental weight for each order are calculated separately — they are not combined.

What if the dimensions or weight recorded at the warehouse differ from what the seller stated?

Our warehouse measures and weighs every parcel upon arrival. If you have any queries about the recorded dimensions or weight, please contact customer service before submitting your shipment order.

I want to return a parcel — can you refuse delivery?

The warehouse cannot identify which parcels need to be returned at the time of receipt. Once your parcel has been checked in, please submit a return address and the warehouse will arrange dispatch.

Can you consolidate my parcels?

When you submit multiple parcels under a single shipment order, the warehouse will consolidate smaller parcels into your larger box where possible, to prevent items from getting lost in transit and to reduce volumetric weight. Consolidation is free of charge; however, if a new box is required, an additional box fee will apply. The dimensions after consolidation may differ from those at submission. The system will use the chargeable weight after consolidation as the billing reference. If you do not want certain parcels consolidated, please note this in the shipment order remarks.

I’ve bought a lot of items — can I fill in the declaration roughly?

When submitting a shipment order, you are required to declare your purchased items accurately in English. For items of the same category, such as clothing, you may list them collectively as “Clothes” and enter the actual purchase price. Customs may randomly inspect shipments and request proof of purchase (such as invoices or screenshots). Any customs charges resulting from incorrect information will be your responsibility.
