- When shopping at any Australian online store, enter the warehouse address as the delivery address. Already purchased? You can also forward existing packages to the same address
- Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse, we photograph and log it into your account
- Select the packages you want to ship from your parcel list, submit a shipment request, and enter the recipient’s delivery address
- The warehouse processes your order and calculates the final shipping fee
- When the shipment status changes to “Pending Payment”, complete payment in the system
Option 2: Melbourne Locals — Drop Off at an Agent Location #

- Complete a pre-declaration form (recipient info and parcel declaration) — one form per delivery address is sufficient
- Bring your parcels to a Melbourne agent location and give staff your pre-declaration reference number
