- All legal goods permitted for import by air and by Taiwan Customs may be shipped.
- For special cargo, please consult our customer service team in advance. We will arrange a special cargo flight to Taiwan only after confirming the contents comply with aviation safety regulations. Any goods that cannot be loaded due to a mismatch between the declaration and actual contents will be discarded on the spot — please do not take the risk.

- The consolidated shipping address and recipient name must be filled in using Chinese characters, and the recipient’s name must match the ID information provided.
- Please confirm that the recipient has completed EZWay real-name verification. The recipient’s name and contact phone number must match the EZWay registration. If customs clearance in Taiwan fails due to a mismatch between the recipient’s details and EZWay records, a name-change fee of HK$125 will apply.
- This consolidated shipping service dispatches weekly. Each recipient can only appear once per shipment. Duplicate recipient waybills will automatically be held over to the next dispatch.
- Ebaoguo will not compensate for deformation, deterioration, melting, damage, or liquid leakage caused by environmental changes during transit. Please ensure goods are properly packaged before shipping.
- Please declare all items accurately and truthfully. Any seizure, inspection, taxation, or confiscation by customs resulting from false declaration, omission, or incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- This shipping route uses simplified customs declaration in Taiwan. If Taiwan Customs determines that a shipment does not qualify for simplified declaration, all associated customs costs — including but not limited to import fees, quarantine and inspection fees, formal declaration fees, and import duties — will be borne by the sender.
- Insurance is available at 5% of the declared value. A purchase invoice must be provided, and insurance must be purchased before dispatch. Without insurance, the maximum compensation for loss is the equivalent of AU$100 per waybill (inclusive of shipping fees).
- Insurance does not apply to personal or second-hand items, or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided. With insurance, the maximum compensation per waybill is the equivalent of AU$500.

How to Ship #
Step 1: Register and log in at https://ebaoguo.cn to obtain your Ebaoguo warehouse address and customer reference number. Step 2: Purchase items from any website and have them shipped to the address assigned to you, or arrange delivery yourself. Step 3: Once the seller has dispatched your order, pre-alert your tracking number in the parcel list. Step 4: Once Ebaoguo’s warehouse receives your parcel, it will be logged into your parcel list. Step 5: When all parcels have arrived, you can submit a shipping request in the parcel list — fill in the recipient’s address and select the appropriate shipping route and any additional services. Step 6: Once Ebaoguo’s warehouse has packed your order according to your instructions, you will receive a payment notification. Step 7: After successful payment, we will dispatch your goods.

How do I send my parcel to Ebaoguo?

Will Taiwan Customs charge import duties?
Personal imports with a CIF value below TWD 2,000 are generally duty-free. Amounts above this threshold may be subject to customs duty and 5% business tax, depending on the product category. Ebaoguo is not responsible for customs clearance.
What items can be shipped?
Any items accepted by local postal services or FedEx can be forwarded by Ebaoguo.
