USA Warehouse — Important Notes #

1. All parcels must be pre-declared in the Ebaoguo system before they arrive at the USA warehouse.
2. When parcels are received at the USA warehouse, we photograph the outer packaging only. Interior photography is not included as a free service — if required, you can request it as a paid add-on for individual parcels.
3. Please read the [Cannot Ship List] carefully before sending. If you are unsure whether an item is shippable, contact us before purchasing. Return shipping fees apply to any parcels returned after they have been received at the warehouse.
4. All shipping lines exclude import duties and customs fees. If additional documentation is required, the third-party carrier will contact the recipient directly.
5. USA Warehouse Storage Policy
   • Free storage for D+15 days (D = the day the parcel arrives at the warehouse). After that, a handling fee of $1 per parcel per day applies. Parcels held beyond 30 days will be disposed of periodically.
   • Once a consolidation request has been submitted, please complete payment within 5 days of the shipment status changing to “Awaiting Payment”. After that, a fee of $1 per parcel per day applies. Parcels held beyond 30 days will be disposed of periodically.

   A supplier-issued invoice is required before shipment. Second-hand goods are not accepted (documents excepted).

Insurance #

Ebaoguo Global Parcel Forwarding (hereinafter “Ebaoguo”) is committed to overseeing every parcel throughout its entire journey — from warehouse intake to dispatch, and from transit to final delivery. For third-party carriers such as postal services, FedEx, DHL, and others, we will assist you in filing a claim in accordance with the carrier’s standard uninsured compensation policy. The timeline and amount of any compensation are determined solely by the third-party carrier. We do not accept requests to purchase insurance after a shipment has been dispatched, nor do we accept claims where the declared value at submission was lower than the actual value.
